Systems Analyst 2 » Melbourne CBD, Melbourne - What success looks like in this role: The position will be a Subject Matter Expert on Software distribution & Patch Management and AVD management. Hands-on experience in software deployment & Patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Mgr., Intune, etc. Troubleshoot infrastructure & client issues to ensure compliance on rollouts. Custom reporting capability is a must. Asses, Plan, and upgrade systems management tool to ensure its evergreen and new features are explored. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Candidate with 8 to 11 Yrs. Strong experience in Software Distribution and Patch management using SCCM / Intune M365 workload in initial setup & breadth/depth mode for AVD Device provisioning & retirement setup App provisioning & app attachment for the provisioned users. Custom imaging ISO for AVD and period update methodology In-depth knowledge of personal / pooled mode along with capacity planning. Hands-on other systems management tools like SCCM / Intune would be an added advantage Good understanding of the W365 licensing model Hands-on Experience on Microsoft Intune preferred Handling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantage Execution of Enterprise support processes including Incident Management/ Problem Management /Change Management /Service Request Management /Asset & Configuration Management 6 to 8 years of experience in engineering, building, and supporting a large heterogeneous multi-data center computing environment. In-depth work stream experience like Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis, and resolution of Deployment failures. Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on SCCM current branch / Legacy versions In-depth understanding of all SCCM concepts like SCCM Roles, Boundary configuration, site assignment, Client installations, etc. Awareness of recent technology changes of all System Center Products. Awareness of SCCM V-Next and Windows 10 Servicing. Demonstrated proficiency with Designing and Deploying Microsoft products in an Enterprise environment. SCCM Asset Reporting and Reporting Software Usage, Maintain Deployment Calendar and License Validation process. In-depth knowledge of Client OS (Windows 10/11) and Troubleshooting. Responsible for escalation management, communications, and management of production system problems. Knowledge on other deployment tools like Altiris, and LANDesk (Ivanti) will be an advantage. Windows & Mobile device management via Intune Conditional access policies & Autopilot persona management skills You will be successful in this role if you have: Necessary skills: NV1 Security Clearance is required.
